Originally inspired by the words of Rev. Stan Copeland, this powerful track adds the full Lovers Lane Worship team, claiming victory over hate with the unconditional love of God.
“Blame It” is more than just a song. It’s a movement of love that counters hatred with the teachings of Jesus: love God, love your neighbor, and love those who oppose you. When questioned how we can love “those people,” the answer is simple: “Blame it on Jesus!”

“Blame It" was co-written by Lovers Lane Worship's Randy Austin, DeDe Jones, and Rafe Grigar. The song was co-produced by Randy Austin, who has been nominated for both Grammy and Dove Awards, and Nashville-based Wayne Haun, a music industry veteran with eight Grammy nominations and 40 Dove Awards to his name.
