Our Family Ministry and Wesley Prep School have worked together to create this Daily Advent Devotional Guide to help you come and see what God has done by focusing on the hope, peace, joy, and love we find in our Savior. Through scripture readings, prayers, poems and reflections, these devotional encourage deeper connection with God and meaningful anticipation of Christ’s coming. In the midst of holiday busyness, we pray these devotional will help you find intentional moments of worship and reflection this Christmas season! Join us every Sunday morning throughout Advent in the Lovers Lane Living Room located in Watson Hall. Come enjoy crafts, food and fellow to celebrate the season.

Service is at the heart of Lovers Lane. This Christmas season we have two opportunities for you to serve together.
Support Everybody's Christmas
On December 19, we invite more than 400 people experiencing homelessness or who were formerly incarcerated to celebrate Christmas with us! They receive a seated hot meal, warm coat, bag of essential items and the opportunity to have their picture with Santa. They experience a Christmas worship service and enjoy lots of Christmas cheer! You can help by donating coats, gift bag items, serving or giving! Learn more

Adopt an Angel
This year, we are partnering with The Bethlehem Center to help make Christmas in the South Dallas/Fair Park the best ever! You can help by adopting an Angel from the Angel Tree near The Spire and fulfilling the Christmas wish written on the Angel. Then bring your gifts to the church to have them delivered to The Bethlehem Center.
Christmas Love Offering
Your Christmas Love Offering this year will benefit the ministries of Christ Foundry, a United Methodist Mission Church serving the Hispanic population of Dallas. Click the button below, choose General Fund and type Love Offering in the "Note" section.
