SOLAS featuring Inspirata

The entire community is invited to a deeply inspiring 75-minute presentation of choral music on the 2025/2026 Lovers Lane Friends of Music Concert Series. In the first half of the concert, the rising Dallas-based choral sensation--Inspirata--will perform a cappella sacred choral works from across the centuries and around the globe under the leadership of artistic director Mark Pope.

In the second half of the concert, Inspirata is joined by the Lovers Lane UMC Sanctuary Choir and 12-piece chamber orchestra for the Dallas premiere of Heather Sorenson's newest masterwork, SOLAS -- a thrilling five-movement choral masterpiece that highlights five pillars of Scripture, Grace, Faith, Christ, and Glory to God.

The concert is free and open to the public.
