Project Transformation Reading Week

Project Transformation North Texas is committed to supporting children in their love of reading and academic growth. This summer, we will have volunteers read in-person with children one-on-one or in a group, working to help maintain or improve their reading level and love of literacy throughout the summer. Reading Bookworm Buddy volunteers experience a chance to help support children’s reading skills while also engaging in genuine relationships. The impact that is made through these encounters plays a huge role in helping make a difference in children’s lives as it helps prevent an unfortunate phenomenon in education known as the “summer slide.”

Volunteer to read one day or more days during Reading Week July 8-11 at our Walnut Hill Church Campus.
