Africa 2010-Zimbabwe All-Church Mission Trip

Pastors Chris Chikoore, Tom Hudspeth and Grant Myers will be leading a work trip to Zimbabwe in June 2012. The team will travel to Mutare Zimbabwe to work at Chengetai Children’s Home for children with mental disabilities, Mwari Rudo Women and Children’s Training Center and Hilltop/Nzeve Center for the Deaf. We will do light construction work, gardening, cooking, feeding, teaching Bible class, conduct VBS, establish sports grounds and lots of plumbing. The deaf members of the team will also hold a training workshop for local sign language outreach teams. The restoration of these two facilities will bring hope  and the ability of these programs to transform many in need. Contact cckoore@llumc.org for details.
