We are seeking an experienced, loving person to ensure that our Nursery is inviting, safe, and educational for the youngest members of our church family.  This person will be responsible for the training, managing, scheduling, and evaluating nursery workers on a regular basis.  They will also work collaboratively with the Director of Preschool and Nursery to hire employees as needed and attend weekly Children and Family Meetings

 

Requirements:

- Passion for Children's Ministry and desire to grow the Kingdom of God

- At least 1-2 years of experience

- Strong administrative skills

- Strong written/oral communication skills

- Able to communicate effectively with parents
